About joining the Association and membership fees

1. To join the Association it is necessary to submit in the electronic form the portfolio, CV, as well as the filled out registration form including its electronic variant. The decision of the selection committee will be communicated within two weeks.
2. Participants of the festival «4th Block» till 2006 included, are admitted into the association hors concours, without providing the portfolio.
3. The amount of the membership fee is 20 EURO per year.
4. Payment of the membership fees is effected annually, by 1 January, to the settlement account.
5. Organization fee for the Association members, hereinafter AM, participating in the «4th Block» graphics and poster festival is 10 EURO.
6. Association members are entitled to:

• Receive information electronic newsletters about the upcoming international forums, competitions, festivals of graphics and poster;
• Have 50% discount for participation in master-classes and symposia, conducted by the institution and also 50% discount at the purchase of the «4th Block» festival catalogue;
• Have free placement of member pages on the site providing the electronic submission of the respective materials and the decision of the selection committee;
• Participate in the annual reporting exhibition, organized by the 4th Block Association. Association members will be supported in the organization of personal projects and exhibitions.

About Association honorable members

1. Association honorable members, hereinafter AHM, are chosen by the Assembly; they are sent a registration form and AHM are freed from paying registration fee.
2. AHM receive catalogues and CDs of the Triennial «4th Block» free of charge, as well as information materials about related exhibitions, arranged by the association.
3. AHM receive information electronic newsletters about the upcoming international forums, competitions, festivals of graphics and poster.
4. AHM receive Е-news, related to the world design news.
5. The association undertakes to organize the conduction of AHM master-classes in Russia and Ukraine.
6. The Union provides the AHM a possibility to send press-releases related to AHM activities and publication of news on the site or media-editions, published by the «Association».
7. AHM are given an opportunity to conduct every two years their personal exhibitions on the territory of Ukraine.
8. The Association assists in the organization of AHM personal exhibitions abroad.
